1st of January sees all kinds of resolutions, more runners on the pavements, cyclists on the roads, better diets after the delicious Christmas ‘binge’. It’s a busy time for us and our customers as many see the 1st January as a time to set new aims and challenges for the coming year. This means new consumers, new products and new opportunities. Our office is no different with several different aims and challenges for 2018.

Aran

With upcoming ski holidays booked Aran is not wanting to be pipped at the post by his two children whilst racing down the slopes. So Aran's getting slopes-ready in time for February half term!

Iain

After hitting a milestone birthday this year (we’ll leave it to you to guess which), Iain’s dusting off his trainers and doing the Cambridge Half Marathon this year! It’s been a couple of years since Iain has ran this race and training has officially started (he’s on a lunchtime run as I write this now!).

Helena

Another keen lunchtime exerciser, currently out on a lunch time swim. Helena’s boys are growing up fast so she’s putting in the lengths to make sure she can still beat them in the pool, and land with her running* and cycling. *Subject to her injuries (she’s on the glucosamine effervescent tablets)

Charlotte

I’m running London Marathon this year so for me, I’m cutting out the petty excuses I give for not going on my runs and for deviating from my plan! I’ve not done a proper race since finishing university, so training whilst working is going to be somewhat interesting…

In terms of new business opportunities, we’re all working on lots of exciting projects and products. Keep your eyes peeled for more information!

Happy New Year!
